Portlandia visits the dog park

In this hilarious promo for the new season of “Portlandia,” Dave and Kat bring their tsunami-rescued dog, Quicksilver, to a local dog park. Unfortunately, it doesn’t take long for the other dog owners to realize just how kooky these two ‘pet parents’ are about raising their dog. Talk about going overboard!
