SNL’s Chris Farley as Newt Gingrich

Back in 1995, Chris Farley made a surpise ppearance at the House Republican Conference in character as Newt Gingrich, a role he often played on “Saturday Night Live.” During his visit, the new Newt passed some important bills into law, and then swore the real Newt into office as Speaker. Hilarious!
