Why is yawning so contagious?
It turns out that yawning has to do with brain and facial temperatures, which is kooky enough. But the theories behind why yawning is so contagious? One says that it has more to do with shared empathy among groups of like creatures. Another one — and here’s the really weird part — sees yawning as an ‘emotional contagion.’ Craziness!
